Gifting Promotion- Terms & Conditions

T & C for the Gifting Promotion

1.Promotion is valid only for India based shipping addresses I.e. The gifts would be dispatched only for addresses in India
2.Promotion is valid only for online payment transactions that happen on www.pepperfry.com between 20th March’2012 and 31st March’2012. COD transactions do not qualify for the promotion
3. Each qualifying order gets only 1 gift during the promotion period.
4. Valid transaction in each price tranche (Rs. 1500-2999, Rs. 3000 - 5999 and Rs. 6000 and above) would be basis the amount paid by the customer net of Pepperpoints OR Coupons
5. Gifts would be dispatched separately from products ordered and gift dispatches would happen in 4-5 working days from date of confirming gifts. Customers would be sent an email giving confirmation on dispatch of gifts.
6. Gifts once chosen on the website cannot be changed. No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
7. Addresses to which gifts need to be dispatched once given on website cannot be changed.
8. Pepperfry reserves right to change gifts as per availability of products. Colours of gift products may vary from that shown in images depending on availability of gift item.
9. No claim whatsoever will be entertained regarding quality / guarantee of gift items.
10. Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged for cash / pepperpoints / coupons / other products on site / other gifts.
11. Multiple order purchases cannot be combined to claim a gift under the promotion. Amount paid value basis single order will be considered for qualification.
12. Decision of Trendsutra Platform Services Private Limited will be final and binding with respect to gift claims, qualified orders.
13. AWB # of Gift dispatches will not be available on Peppefry My account section but would need to be referred in the confirmation emails sent regarding gifts.
14. Gifts damaged in transit would need to be returned to Pepperfry by Customer and new gifts would be sent. Endeavour will be to send the same gift but in case of non-availability of that gift item an alternate gift item may be sent in same price tranche by Pepperfry.
15. Orders which qualify for the promotion and once gift has been chosen by customer cannot be cancelled .
16. The company reserves the right to change, alter any or all of the above T&C including extending or discontinuing the promotion basis the business needs of the company.
