• The promotion is valid for all registered users of www.pepperfry.com.
• Promotion is valid only for online payment transactions that happen on www.pepperfry.com from 23:00 hours, 16th Nov till stocks last
• Customer will be entitled to the free gift only if the order meets all the other promotion criteria.
• Pepperpoints & Coupons are not applicable in this promotion.
• Under the promotion, below mentioned Free Gifts will given.
• The customer can choose only one of the gift options provided their order meets the promotion criteria.
• If the customer, chooses a Gift Voucher, the same will be emailed to him within 7 working days from date of order.
• The Gift voucher email, will have a unique coupon code, which will give him Rs.1500/4000/Rs.7000 off on purchases above Rs.1515/4015/7015, as the case may be.
• Gift Voucher will not be applicable on Gold & Silver Coins and Loose Diamonds.
• The validity of the Gift Voucher will be 7 days from the date of issue.
• If the customer, chooses Free Gold coin or Silver Coin as Gift, the same will be shipped to him within 10 working days from date of order.
• COD transactions do not qualify for the promotion.
• Each qualifying order gets only 1 gift under the promotion. There is no limit on the number of qualifying orders a customer can place during the promotion period.
• Gifts cannot be changed and No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
• Gifts will be dispatched to the same address that customers have given for the product they ordered as part of the qualifying orders and it cannot be changed.
• No claim whatsoever will be entertained regarding quality / guarantee of the free gifts.
• Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged for cash / pepperpoints / coupons / other products on site / other gifts.
• Multiple orders cannot be combined to claim the free gift under the promotion. Amount paid value basis single order will be considered for qualification under the promotion.
• Decision of Trendsutra Platform Services Private Limited will be final and binding with respect to gift claims, qualified orders.
• Gifts damaged in transit will need to be returned to Pepperfry by Customer and new gifts will be sent after accessing the genuineness of the damage claim.
• Orders which qualify for the promotion and once gift has been dispatched to customer cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. In case of order cancellation prior to dispatch of Free Gift / Free Gift voucher , the same will not be sent to the customer.
• The company reserves the right to change, alter any or all of the above T&C including extending or discontinuing the promotion basis the business needs of the company.
