•  “Alliance Partner” shall mean Ibibo Web Pvt Limited hereby (Tradus.in)  who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, credit card account(s), loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for the purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)” shall mean Internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• "Card" refers to any Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) or Debit Card (Electron/Maestro) issued to the Cardholder by any issuing bank in India or abroad.
• "Cardholder/s" refers to a customer to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
•  “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from May 01, 2012 to June 30, 2012 both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service .
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.tradus.in
• The  Offer will  be applicable on the use of ICICI Net-banking users
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been unsuccessful /cancelled /rejected by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

The Offers :

ICICI Bank customers (Credit Card, Net Banking, and Debit Card) get an Tradus.in  Voucher offering Rs 250 off on a minimum purchase of Rs.999/- on Ibibo website  “www.tradus.in”.

The availability of the offer to the customer is on the basis of following premises

• The discount of Rs.250 is applicable for online transactions on Ibibo website www.tradus.in on all products except mobile, storage and Gift vouchers and on a minimum purchase of Rs.999 in a single transaction only
• Participiation of the ICICI Bank Net banking customer/ Cardholders is on voluntary basis
• Customer will need to enter “ICICI250” as the deal code if using Net banking /Credit card /Debit card as the payment mode.
• To avail benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank User shall be required to purchase products on “www.tradus.in”using ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)/Cards during the Offer Period from May 01, 2012 to June 30 ,2012 both days inclusive.   
• Customer cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The discount benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on www.tradus.in.
• ICICI Bank Net banking customer/ Cardholder would be eligible to use the coupon only once during the offer period
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions

Redemption Process: Online booking process

• Customer has to Log on to www.tradus.in or navigate to the tradus website from the ICICI Bank website displaying the offer
• Customer selects the products which he/she wishes to buy and adds to the shopping cart
• Customer proceeds to pay once he/she has selected all the products  which he/she wishes to buy.
• Customer validates the email id and proceeds.
• Customer will enter the Promo code “ICICI250 “ before doing the payment
• Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd (Tradus.in) will validate the transactions based on Promotion Code (shared by bank) and ICICI Bank Net banking/ Cardholders validated users before giving benefit.

Escalation Matrix:

• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at traduscustomercare@ibibogroup.com without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Ibibo, only up to a period of 2 days after the date of transaction/purchase.

III: Terms and Conditions as prescribed by Ibibo.com (Tradus.in)

• This discount offer is available only for selected ICICI Net banking customers/ Cardholders  only, subject to entry of Promotion Code (Shared by ICICI).
• This offer is brought to you solely by Tradus. ICICI is only communicating this offer on behalf of Tradus
• The offer is valid on shopping online on www.tradus.in
• The marketing programs (“Programs”) from www.tradus.in and ICICI bank are open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Debit/Credit card  or Net banking account.
• The Validity of the Program (Term) is from May 01, 2012 to June 30 ,2012 both days inclusive.
• Customer needs to enter Promotion Code & pay online through their ICICI Card option while shopping on www.tradus.in, to be eligible for the offer (Discount).
• In case, the customer fails to enter the Promotion Code and pay through ICICI Card, he/she will not be eligible for the discount benefit.
• Customer cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The discount benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on www.tradus.in.
• ICICI Bank and Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• ICICI Bank is neither responsible for nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the products or any other service provider and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Customers under the Program.
• This offer is valid for Indian residents.
• Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or kind and can be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or packages or discounts running on www.tradus.in so long as the other offer or promotion is not meant for targeted customers of another bank/ entity, unless otherwise indicated.
• The prices of the products and / or services are exclusive of taxes and the tax liability, duties, levies by whatever name called in connection with the offer shall be borne by the Card holder/ Net banking customer.
• In case of any disputes, Card Holders are required to present the relevant online payment receipts and booking confirmation evidence for further investigation by the ICICI. In all such cases, the decision of the ICICI Bank & Tradus shall be treated as final.
• ICICI Bank & Tradus reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
• Card Holders can also make transactions at Tradus without participating in this program or availing the offers.
• Each customer can avail benefit of the discount available once during the tenure of the offer period on domestic return flight booking purchased through this offer from www.tradus.in
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products.
• Products offered under this program are subject to availability & Tradus.in shall be liable for non-availability.
• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by www.tradus.in.
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Net-banking user as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
• Prior to using the Ibibo website, the Customer should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the Account holder agrees to abide by the same. The Customer shall be required to give personal information and account details online for the tickets purchased on www.tradus.in. The ICICI Bank net banking user is advised to read and understand the Privacy policy on the Ibibo website, prior to providing such information.

IV. Terms Prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by “Tradus.in ”
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICIBanknetbankinguser due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICIBanknetbankinguser/cardholders. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICIBankcardnetbankinguser.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to “Alliance Partner” i.e Tradus.in directly at “traduscustomercare@ibibogroup.com” without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Ibibo, only up to a period of 90 days / 03 months after the date of transaction/purchase.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by Tradus.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Program Partner/s or ICICI Bank net banking user from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

• ICICI Bank/Ibibo reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICIBankCardnetbankinguserceases to be soat any time during the  Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank net banking user.
